Webmail Spell Check - Through the advanced web compose mail utility (send or reply email utility) you will find a handy feature for spell checking your messages before you send them. This pop-up window is similar to the spell check feature you find in powerful email clients.

Web Addressbook Compose Autocomplete - Another feature of our web compose mail utility (send or reply email utility) is the ability to auto-complete the To: and CC: fields (or the recipient) of your email message. We capture the names and email addresses from all of your contacts folders and allow you to auto-complete these names or addresses when writing an email.

This means that while if John Doe is in your Contacts folder you can simply start writing John D and the system will try to guess which person from your contacts list you are attempting to email.

Account Disk Storage - This is the amount of disk storage in megabytes that are allowed on your account. This includes all aspects of your account including mail items, folders, address book, journal, tasks, and notes.

You are provided disk space statistics on your web interface to let you know how much disk space you are using expressed on a graph and a number, we also show you this data by each folder.

IMAP - IMAP is an advanced mail protocol that RealtimeMail utilizes to connect with your email client. This is a standardized internet mail protocol for retrieving and storing mail folders and mail messages. Most email clients have support for IMAP including MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora, and even your PDA. You may connect to RealtimeMail's IMAP server at: IMAP.REALTIMESUPPORT.COM using the default port 143 or if you are behind a firewall port 80 is also available.

POP3 - POP3 is a simple mail protocol that allows you to connect to your RealtimeMail inbox from your email client.

SMTP - SMTP is the standard internet mail protocol for sending mail messages across the internet. RealtimeMail's SMTP server is available to RealtimeMail users at: SMTP.REALTIMESUPPORT.COM on the default port 25 or if you are behind a firewall port 2500 is also available.

RealtimeMail Group Sub-Account Mailboxes - With RealtimeMail Group you can setup sub-accounts for members of your organization. This allows each member of your organization to have their own RealtimeMail mailbox with shared resources among your group. Each user can share his or her own mail, calendar, address book, and tasks folders with one another. In addition, each mailbox user can have his or her own mail alias @yourcompany.org as domain names are shared across all accounts within the group.

Shared Disk Space - Shared Disk Space is applicable to the RealtimeMail Group plan. This means that your disk storage limit is shared among all RealtimeMail mailboxes setup within your account. The sum of all mailboxes cannot exceed the disk storage limit. This allows greater flexibility of your disk storage requirements.

RTSFilter Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus Technology - RTSFilter is a very unique and customizable Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus technology that we have deployed. We use a combination of spam technologies that allow you to fine tune your spam settings to your taste. Each message that comes into your account is rated for a spam score. The possible score ratings are:
·  Very Unlikely that this message is spam.
·  Unlikely that this message is spam.
·  Hard to tell that this message is spam.
·  Likely that this message is spam.
·  Very Likely that this message is spam.
·  All messages that come in.

You can setup up to 3 actions for each of the scores listed above, they are:
·  Challenge / Response system This verifies that the person sending you email is a human and not a machine through a unique verification system. If a sender has never sent a mail to RealtimeMail before, they will be sent a message asking them to visit a URL, until such time the message they have sent is held in your escrow (Unverified) mailbox.
·  Forward message to your Spam Folder
·  Discard Message
RTSFilter also has a very strong anti-virus enabled system. By default all of your incoming email messages are scanned for viruses that may be harmful to your computer. If a virus is detected we will deliver this suspect message to your Spam folder and attach the original email message to a wrapped email that is not harmful.

Rule Magic & Mail Rules - RealtimeMail is a server-side email solution that replaces all of the power of your email client to the server side so it must be configured only once. In most cases you will notice a service & feature improvement over your existing email clients.
Rule Magic is a unique feature to RealtimeMail that adds a bit of artificial intelligence to your email. This feature when enabled will learn how your messages are sorted within your email account. For example, when you first setup your email account at RealtimeMail if a message is not spam it will come to your Inbox folder. You will then move some of these messages to other folders within your account. This move process will train the rule magic system where your email should be delivered to so that in the future the system will deliver your email directly to these folders. While this will take a few days of training it can become very accurate in a relatively short time period. This feature is off by default so be sure to check out the Settings --> Mail Rules area of your account. This is truly a unique feature to RealtimeMail!
Mail Rules enable you to sort your email into various folders based on certain actions such as From a certain person, or delivered from a certain consolidated Yahoo!, Hotmail, or POP3 account. They can become complex so that power users can fine tune the mail rules to the most specific type of email message. In addition to sorting your email the system can also be configured to forward your email to a certain person, mark it as flagged, and a number of other action features.

Mail Auto Responder - Mail autoresponders are available to users that have setup their domain name with RealtimeMail. This enables you to setup mail aliases that autorespond to incoming mail with a specified subject and mail message.

Web Publishable Calendar - The RealtimeMail Group plan allows any user of the group to publish his or her own Calendar folder to the web. You will be given a URL for public visitors to see your published folder from anywhere without having to have a RealtimeMail account. This is great to show friends your appointment schedule or for clients to make appointments with you.

Web Public Appointment Creation - Through the use of the Web Publishable Calendar, you have the option to allow visitors to your published folder to make, change, and cancel appointments.

When a visitor requests to make, change, or cancel an appointment then an email is sent to the folder owner. The owner of this folder then must visit a URL to approve or deny the public request to modify the calendar. A follow-up email is sent to the person requesting to modify your folder with the approval or deny decision.

RTSFriends Collaboration - With RealtimeMail Group, occasionally you will find it necessary to share information with not only members of your own group but a member of a different RealtimeMail group. RealtimeMail friends allow you to setup a two-way handshake to share folders just as you would with other members of your group.

Outlook Plug-In - The MS Outlook Plug-In is a software download from RealtimeMail that enables you to see your RealtimeMail groupware folders within Outlook. This enables you to store your Outlook Calendar, Tasks, Journal, Contacts (Address Book), and notes on the server-side. You can then access your RealtimeMail groupware folder tree from any other Outlook e-mail client or the RealtimeMail webmail interface.

RTS Accounts - RTS Accounts are e-mail accounts that you setup within RealtimeMail to consolidate into your RealtimeMail account. This includes your Yahoo!, Hotmail, MSN, EarthLink, POP3, and IMAP email accounts that you setup within RealtimeMail as fused accounts.
