Wanted to let you know what a GREAT HELP Paul was to me when our phone service (Vonage) was out for 10 days. Although I am in Georgia and he is based in California, I believe, Paul was the ONLY person that I could contact to help me get my Vonage service working again. Paul gave me the information I needed to get my phone working and who to contact. I believe we emailed back and forth, 4 or 5 times and he ALWAYS responded immediately.
I have to tell you that when you don't have a phone and can't contact anyone it's NOT a good feeling. So to be able to talk to Paul by email was a great comfort. If you want to learn about good customer service, Paul would be the right person to teach you. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all his help.
You know we usually hear about the mistakes we make, but rarely does anyone commend us for the good things we do. Really, without his help, I probably would have canceled our Vonage service, I was that disgusted with it at the time. THANKS SO MUCH PAUL!! God Bless You.

I just wanted to write and say how pleased I am with
Realtime Support. I began using their services a few years
ago and have never been disappointed. It is rare
to find a business that goes the extra mile for customer

After having so many problems with other companies with
there online and telephone support, they did not know anything.
I was put on hold for long periods of time and received
a different technician each time. Realtime Support has
been a breath of fresh air. Everytime I called I got a
friendly technician.
Bones came out a couple of years ago
and did a good diagnoses of my Gateway 1 ghz and took it
to the shop and upgraded it to Windows XP with McAfee
and Adware.
Dan came by next and diagnosed several small items and
advised me in a very professional and helpful manner.
Dan
came back by about less then a month ago and diagnosed
my 1 ghz Gateway (in which I had for over 6 years
- which is the life of a PC) and told me the mother
board would not respond to any tests and recommended a
new pc. Realtime Support build me a pc, custom
to my needs, a 2.8 ghz with Pentium D

Oddly
enough, the very first night I turned it on a small window
popped up and said Win Tools had an update. I chose to
ignore it since I was so anxious to go online. McAfee
virus scan showed 9 virus trying to come in...and that
Win Tools was a Trojan virus.
I think I would have probably
hauled my computer outside and shot it multiple times
if I had opened that and fried it, again. Since that
first night, the scans have detected nothing. Thank you!
Thank you so much for all your help with my daughter's
computer. It definately was an emergency situation. As
soon as I explained the probelm, you jumped into action
to resolve the probelm as quickly as possible. The
customer service, ease of commication, and the
willingness to go out of the way to make the process

Realtime Support hooked up three laptops and two desktops to my wireless network...
The first floor of my home flooded, and I had to rip out all computer connections to save the electronics from water damage. Dan at Realtime Support came to my home, and reconnected everything in about 2.5 hours. He also ran all wires so that everything was neatly cabled and not a spaghetti mess. Dan is an Apple Pro! But Realtime has PC experts as well.
