To apply to participate in the Program, an applicant should complete and submit the application documentation. Realtime Support (RTS) may require additional information or request an interview with the candidate after the application information has been submitted.

THE SUBMITTAL OF YOUR APPLICATION AND CONTINUING PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, IF ACCEPTED, CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RTS PREFERRED PROVIDERS PROGRAM AS SET FORTH IN THE RTS PREFERRED PROVIDERS AGREEMENT, THIS PROGRAM GUIDE AND ANY DOCUMENTS, GUIDELINES OR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS ISSUED OR AMENDED BY RTS PURSUANT THERETO FROM TIME TO TIME.

NOTE: Completion and submission of the RTS Preferred Providers application documentation to RTS in no way constitutes acceptance into the Program or authorization to act as a Preferred Provider. RTS will review all information submitted and in its sole discretion may accept or reject any application. Once submitted to RTS, the application and any attached documents become the property of RTS. If the applicant is accepted in one the Provider Programs, the applicant will be notified in writing and will receive the Provider Network Program “Welcome Kit”.

PROVIDER PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

To gain entry into and thereafter participate in our program as a provider, an applicant must at all times:

Complete the Program Application and be accepted in writing by RTS into Program.

Pay $75 application fee, and undergo a customer satisfaction history review.

Agree to be bound by, and remain in compliance with, the terms and conditions of the most current version of the RTS Non-disclosure Agreement. This will be found in your "Welcome Kit".

Agree to be bound by, and remain in compliance with, the terms and conditions of the most current version of the RTS Provider Network Agreement and the Program Guide, as amended by RTS from time to time. This will be found in your "Welcome Kit".

Organization has been in operation for a minimum of 2 years.

Organization maintains a professional walk-in service location with sufficient personnel. All technicians performing repair must be certified. Not be in default under any other agreement with RTS (e.g. RTS Provider Network Service Agreement). A termination by RTS for default of any agreement to which Provider is a party with RTS may subject the Provider to termination of its participation in the Program.

Demonstrate and maintain a record of high client satisfaction.

Demonstrate and maintain a willingness and ability to develop and participate in joint marketing plans as needed.

Partners must conduct business within the United States.

Application must be completed by an officer authorized to sign on behalf of the legal company.
