Backup
1. One of our Expert Technicians
will come right to your home or office; in some cases
we can do the On Demand E-Backup software installation
and configuration remotely. The technician will help you
select data to backup and select the appropriate backup
schedule(s) as well as answer any other questions you
may have.
2. At the specified time(s), our software will “wake
up” and begin the backup process. We backup all
of your data, including any changes that have been made
since the previous backup.
3. We compress your data before it leaves your computer.
It stays compressed while in our data vault — saving
you valuable storage space.
4. Using State-of-the-Art Industry-Standard encryption
technology (the same that Banks use) — your data
is encrypted before it leaves your computer and stays
encrypted while in our data vault.
5. Using your existing Internet connection, we securely
transfer your data to the On Demand Data Vault. Your data
is mirrored in real-time to the On Demand Data Vault.
Your data is then CRC verified to make sure that your
backup is 100% reliable.

Restore
1. There
are 2 ways you can restore your data — either through
our On Demand E-Backup software or through our On Demand
E-Backup website.
2. If you use our On Demand E-Backup software and click
on the Restore tab. Just select any of the files and/or
directories you'd like to Restore and start the restore.
3. If you use our On Demand E-Backup website you can login
from any web browser anywhere in the world. Simply select
any of the files and/or directories you'd like to Restore
and start the restore.
4. The restore process uses your existing Internet connection
to download your backup data from our secure data vault.
Once downloaded, it decompresses the data and decrypts
the information using a password that only you have.
5. You can use restore any previous version of any of
your files.
